Terms And Conditions:

1. We accept all major Visa & Master cards.

 

2. We need a 100% advance for confirmation of all bookings. In case of payment by cheque, all cheques to be drawn on wildernest Resorts Pvt Ltd confirmation of bookings by cheque payment will be given only after realization of the payments.

 

3. Any cancellation of booking 19 days prior to the date of arrival will attract a 100% cancellation charge. All refunds 20 days prior to the date of arrival , if applicable, will be made by cheque payable to the payee in question. The payments can be transferable to other date of booking subject to availability of rooms during the said period.

 
 

4. Rates and packages subject to change without notice.

 

5. USD rates are applicable to all foreign nationals and Non resident Indians. INR rates will be applicable to all Indian nationals, diplomats based in India and all foreign nationals holding a valid Indian work permit. Foreign nationals and NRI can submit their passport at the time of check in for official use only.

 

6. Early check in or late checkout subject to management approval and availability.

 
7. All additional days of stay will be charged on prorate Basis.
 

8. Kindly note we do not have third party booking agreement with any other travel portal ,for booking call directly to our sales/reservation team.

 
9. All rights of entry reserved with the management.
 

10. In keeping with our heightened security procedures we request you to provide your photo-identity proof while checking-in. Indian Nationals can present any of the following which is mandatory: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Pan Card. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.

 

11. Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer or using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net-banking) by which the booking was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 07-10 business days.
